SWR Interagency Council

The right organizations, at one table.

Serving: Service providers and agencies across Luzerne County and Northeast Pennsylvania

The Susquehanna Warrior Reserve Interagency Council brings healthcare, behavioral health, housing, recovery, workforce, veteran, public-safety, educational, government, and community partners together to strengthen Northeast Pennsylvania's safety net.

The Council works to reduce fragmentation, improve communication, strengthen warm handoffs, identify service gaps, and build coordinated pathways from crisis to long-term stability.

It is designed to complement — not replace — existing organizations and services. Each partner keeps its own mission, programs, leadership, and autonomy while collaborating around shared challenges and opportunities.

Our goal is simple: bring the right organizations to one table so fewer people are left navigating complex systems alone — and every agency can do what it already does best, with less strain, fewer gaps, and more shared wins.
