One connected network of care for Northeastern Pennsylvania.

No single organization can meet every need — but a connected network can. Let's Build a Connected NEPA invites nonprofits, churches, and service-based organizations to register in a shared regional directory.

The directory spans food access, housing, youth programs, veteran services, and mental-health support, creating a trauma-informed network of care that strengthens partnerships, reduces duplication, and streamlines referrals.

Alongside it, our Winter Support Network puts that collaboration to work. This past winter, partners helped us deliver toys, clothes, and food to Volunteers of America, support December outreach at Camp Orchid Hill, and join community initiatives with The People's Guild and the FSB Initiative.

We also provided clothing and shoes at the February warming shelter, made possible by Mayor Brown, GAR, CEO, VOA, Calvary Church, Abide, and many others. Across every effort, we connected neighbors with resources and helped with applications forwarded to partner organizations for coordinated follow-up.
