Holly is a community advocate working to uplift Northeast Pennsylvania through faith, lived experience, and coalition-building. She founded the Susquehanna Warrior Reserve as a care-centered initiative that connects people to health, mental-health, and social services with dignity and compassion.

A Lackawanna County resident married 44 years, Kathy served 14 years as Operations Director at Keystone Mission before joining SWR. She brings a lifetime of passion for helping the homeless and hurting — currently while traveling the country by camper.

A healthcare operations and technology leader at Geisinger, Erica specializes in system improvement, behavioral-health expansion, and patient-centered innovation. She brings strategic insight to SWR's work building coordinated, trauma-informed systems of care.

A behavioral-health executive with 25+ years of leadership experience, Kelly serves as a Market Chief Executive Officer, holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and is President of NAMI Northeast Pennsylvania.

A 25-year U.S. Army veteran with three combat tours and a lifelong NEPA resident, Eric works as a construction superintendent, personal trainer, and nutritionist — bringing the warrior's perspective to the Warrior Reserve.
